Google has confirmed to Android Authority that the Pixel 9a has a major cellular connectivity downgrade compared to the Pixel 9 series.

      But this is just for the 9a, the 9 has the superior chip. The “a” models have always been smaller and lower spec, and therefore cheaper.

      According to the article it has the same modem, said downgrade is only in comparison to other pixel9 phones
