Roger Wade, former CEO of Boxfresh, was banned from attending Brighton & Hove Albion matches after wearing a Palestine #football top.
Wade, who’s held a season ticket for nearly a decade, explained that he was escorted out of the stadium without explanation. The club later issued a ban letter.
IT WAS NEVER ABOUT #TERRORISM.
It it about wiping off #Palestine off the map of the earth.

We’re now at the stage where the word “Palestine” is an anti-Semitic statement, rather than the name of a country of over 5 million people.
Who are also Semitic people
You see, Zionists get angry when you point out that Arabs are Semites. It ruins their narrative, causing them to violently lash out at you.
Do they even know why they’re so against it anymore?
It is really because they want to “kill” Palestine.
For years they spread the lies about Iranian stupid former president saying that Israel will be wiped off the map of the earth and now they are literally doing it to Palestine with the help of their supporters in UK, US, Germany and so many other places.
This can’t be just over a football jersey.
Not defending Israel or the UK or denying Plastine genoice, but Iran’s president really wanted Israel wiped off the map and really meant it. Iran and Israel are both at the wrong here.
Given what we know about Israel’s racist genocidal ethnosupremacy, I would be entirely relaxed about seeing Israel dismantled . It is a settler colony that has no place in the modern world.
Also the only country with nuclear weapons in the Middle East is Israel. It also refuses to sign the Non Proliferation Treaty.
Don’t forget that Israel attacked Iran, not the other way around.
Iran’s president really wanted Israel wiped off the map and really meant it
Nope. The origin of that oft-repeated excuse is a deliberate mistranslation.
What was ACTUALLY said was “the nation of Israel will disappear from the pages of history”.
Not exactly polite, but nowhere near the direct and existential threat that Hasbarists pretend it was.
Iran and Israel are both at the wrong here
Sure, but the latter MUCH moreso. The genuinely awful theocracy of Iran is not even in the same LEAGUE of awfulness as the West’s favorite fascist apartheid regime.
And Hamas had the same clause in its charter until recent years, too. At any one time in that conflict there is a bad guy (and you may well believe with reason that it’s always been the same party) but black-and-white thinking - that this means we should minimise, ignore or even defend the other party’s inexcusable words and actions - won’t get us anywhere.
It’s accused others, accurately, of trying to do so. What part of the stated goals of Iran and Hamas being wiping out the Jews in Israel is hard for you to condemn? Do you find it difficult to say “this is bad but that is worse”?
Ask yourself how you ended up here
-
Spreading lies
-
Making excuses for a genocidal terrorist war criminal apartheid regime
Even if you don’t examine yourself - that’s ok. Millions of people around the world are increasingly seeing Israel for the disgusting monster it is, and always was. They can see through the lies and propaganda.
You’re on the wrong side of history.
Spreading lies
You’ve accused me of lying without even saying what you disagree with.
Making excuses for a genocidal terrorist war criminal apartheid regime
I have never excused Israel once for committing war crimes, and if you properly read what I’m saying you would see that, because I am not circumspect.
You seem by all accounts incapable of understanding that there can be two parties doing things wrong in a conflict, even if you end up condemning one far more.
I have no interest in continuing to talk to someone like that.

@bobo1900
Whoa dude. You really are programmed well. The shit-for-brain Ahmadinejad NEVER said what Israel said he did.
Those translating his words knew well what he said and misquoted him.
And to be honest, I am supporting the dismantling the state of Israel and removing it from the map.
Just like we did with 3rd Reich or apartheid south Africa
Probably not, neither do they realize just how harshly history will judge their actions this week.
When Netanyahu completes his mission and the last Palestinian child is murdered, don’t let the fuckers pretend they didn’t know.
Imagine if the Germans, Russians or any other nation had control of as much as Israel does, there would be calls to reign them in, or action would be taken to do it. Tony Bloom will hopefully find out how many, if any other Brighton & Hove supporters support Palestine.

If only we didn’t have a culture where we canceled people for their opinions. When you have that the people in power can always use the same levers to control thought. Canceling people for wrong think is part of the control net. When there is a control net 90% of us can agree that what Israel is doing is genocide and none of us can do anything.
As someone who lived in Brighton for 5 years, it’s supposed to be one of the left leaning cities in the entire country.
If any city/location shouldn’t do this it’s Brighton or Bristol, so this one really surprised me.
Problem is the club is a private business worried about political pushback
Not sure what “It it[sic] about wiping off #Palestine off the map of the earth.” is referring to.
It’s not UK policy, and it won’t be the policy of the football club either.
When ministers proscribe groups taking part in legitimate protest, they should know that this kind of thing is part of the chilling effect that such measures have - the precise message never gets through to everyone, so you will always have people being punished for stuff that was not in scope; this was also evident when police arrested people for supporting Palestine rather than Palestine action. It all contributes to a general air that Palestine is Bad.
But this also doesn’t mean that the police in those cases, or the football club in this case, are pro-genocide. More likely they just misunderstood.
