As a State, Colorado falls in line with that thinking. Now the Western Slope and Eastern Plains where few live might disagree but overall that is the case.
Colorado looks to use the 14th Amendment to show that hundreds of Confederates who were blocked from public office based solely on their participation or support of an insurrection against the government of the United States without conviction in this case.
