It doesn’t help that I spend lots of time under fatigue and isolates, so when I go back to socializing I end up replying to everyone again before repeating the cycle 🫠🙃

I know my limits so I usually back out before fatigue, bit I’ve come to terms with this cycle and try to live my best life with it in mind :)
