“Radical Left” is the most worn out and stupid insult the right uses. It means nothing when you use it for everything.
For them it’s shorthand for “left of Hitler” at this point.

Progressive is general, radical left is specific. Anything progressive is progressive, not everything left is radical

The only thing that would’ve changed if she picked Shapiro is that they would’ve constantly made fun of him for sounding like Obama… which was hilarious when the Daily Show pointed it out… but Fox would’ve taken it to extreme levels because its exactly the sort of “sleepy joe” storyline they’ve been looking for to keep the MAGA name-calling/bully contingent placated.
