Very small and fits in an altoid. I have a small router like this from glinet whose board can probably fit inside something like an altoid.

I found it on Pinterest, but if you slap on OpenWRT or DD-WRT on any supported/old router you can use the repos provided with whatever build you are using, which have most of the software you can use to build a pwnbox.
