It didn’t set properly, but it’s tasty and that’s all that matters.

Cheers, it’s more of a thick syrup but it spreads well and tastes good. My next one should be better.
U gotta get it above a certain temperature to get it to set properly. Can also add some extra pectin to help it set but it does dull the flavour slightly. Can put small amount on frozen plate to test if it will set.
