I know how you feel. I went to top off the air in my tires at the gas station only to find that the air hose had been removed.
I can hear the disappointed tut and deep sigh in my head.
I fell ya, I once went to a store and it was closed when it was supposed to be open. The sign even said “Open”. Maybe they were on the toilet or something.
Yeah fam I went to a Cuban restaurant yesterday and it was closed, presumably bc of the holidays, but it didn’t say so online. 😖
I might wash my car myself this weekend.
I’m slightly jealous. Hand-washing your car on your driveway or street is illegal here.

Washing soap into the sewer system is a no-no. You can wash your car with plain water, but that’s it.
Wash it on your lawn, assuming you have one, with biodegradable soap. Chemical Guys makes a good one.
I’m not going to wash my car this weekend as I don’t own one
