The bottom line: If 5 justices want to keep moving quickly and decisively to the right on issues of great importance to the conservative legal movement, they’ll have plenty of opportunities to do so — starting with the administrative state.

Hoping that there are enough adults in the room still to not remove all supervisory powers from federal agencies from the FDA to the CDC to the FAA.

For a large part, these “permanent” members of the government (who don’t change with administrations) are the reasons that Trump’s coup failed. This is a real opportunity to unlock that door now, in anticipation for the next time they try to push it open.

These are scary times, the SCOTUS shouldn’t have this much power to be so corrupt. They are not the kings and queens of the land and somehow we have to fix it. They do seem to be in a hurry. Could they actually fix it so they could put Trump back in power like Gore/Bush?

Lol “trump’s coup”, talking about “adults in the room” sounds really ironic then

So you don’t believe Trump’s people organizing and coordinating a riot on January 6th qualified as a coup attempt? Good to know. Putin will be pleased with you.
