1·12 days agoDude you need to work on your reading comprehension. That article is not making fun of the backlash. The backlash isn’t mentioned ore even hinted at.
It is making fun of how in 2018 he had a habit of saying and doing racist shit and then half assing an apology and hypothesizing that the next move could plausibly be putting on a kkk robe and then making a bad apology. There is no mention of backlash.
Keep on going. The more you say “this is about stopping the spread of misinformation” and ignoring the fact that pewdiepie is a racist who inspired a literal nazi mass murderer you are just showing your true colors.
So you are standing up for a racist… to own the magas?
Fascists love to make make false equivalencies.
The difference between misremembering a satirical exaggeration of how extremely racist a proven racist is, is not the same as making up blood libel against immigrants.

Just because fascists can use misinformation does not mean that every piece of incorrect information is a the act of a fascist.
If someone says “a streamer who was canceled after promoting neo-nazi content and saying racist stuff on multiple occasions belongs in a hole made famous by the fact it was used to dispose of the bodies of fascists (not all of them dead)” I think it is safe to assume that person disapproves of fascists. Calling such a person a fascist seems rather ignorant.

This isn’t about my misremembering a really good satire bit as fact because it was so close to true. If it was about that you’d accept my appology and my admission that I was mistaken.

Linking a story and then apologizing when you realize it was satire that mildly exaggerated the truth is pro fascist disinformation? That is probably one of the dumbest things I have heard this week.

The reason I was so easily convinced is because pewdiepie has a history of antisemitic comments (not anti-israeli, real antisemitism) pro nazi “jokes” shout outs to nazi youtube channels, and using the “N word”.
The only thing i want to hear from pew die pie is his screams as he falls into the Barbara pit mine. He is a white supremacists who showed his KKK uniform in a live stream. Stop sharing his slop.

The taliban was created by MI6 and the CIA. The british and the usa backed extremist islamic nationalists and warlords with money and weapons to undermine the government of the Republic of Afghanistan. This eventually lead to a series of civil wars and invasions which ended with the taliban being formed.
The only “problem” with Afghanistan IS western intervention. The british started in the 1830s and just kept fucking up over and over leaving it in the mess it is in today.
This is why you don’t sell out your neighbors to the invading barbarian horde. The barbarians will never respect you as an equal and you’ll be sent back to face the people you offended with your brownnosing.
I don’t condemn objects for the things people do with them. Like knives or TNT or nuclear energy AI can be used to make things better for people or worse. It just depends on who is using it and how.
Do any of the 5 eyes country other than the us still have intelligence gathering capabilities worth anything? Pretty sure we all gutted them and started chipping in to pay subcontractors who are all loyal to american dollars. Its also kinda silly to think that after years of trusting america that they wouldn’t have a back door and know everything we tried to keep from them anyways.
None of the 5 eyes or nato nations has the independence and sovereignty to direct its own foreign policy differently from the USA. They can moan and complain a little but if that’s about it.
1·5 months agoI did but I didn’t want to put that idea into peoples heads because its kinda gross. Not when I do it but thinking about other people doing it is disgusting.
This wasn’t a problem for me back when I had long hair but recently I was growing a wicked long mustache that was half way down my chin. The peanut butter getting all up in it every morning after my toast was getting annoying so I chopped it off.
The phrase you are after is “Duvet cover.” A blanket is technically just a single layer of fabric, a quilt is several layers and a Duvet is 2 layers with stuffing. Calling any/all of them “blankets” is normal… until you have to put the cover on.
