I was wondering the same thing. But it appears that cost of living adjustment is not considered a pay raise in the context of 27th amendment.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
