Honestly, I wish I knew - I tried creating new accounts from both home and other Wi-Fi networks, and they all got banned within an hour. Our daughter still lives with us and her account was banned too, same thing happened when she tried creating new accounts. I’m assuming it may be tied to the MAC addresses of my laptop and phone, but not sure.
How’s an IP ban even supposed to work when you get a new IP regularly?
