Instead of “by 2027”, they could just as well say “never” though.
Maybe a little harsh, but I still find solving the issue within 2 years time a little unambitious, especially given the unhelpful regime change in the US (as well as the unhelpful regime changes that are likely in the near future within the EU).

Sad but true, unfortunately there really isnt enough political will from the EU leaders who are supposed to look after our interest
