Let’s revisit: Your claim is that whenever there’s a story about autopilot/FSD having caused an accident it’s actually the person driving that caused it.

Does anyone know if a jury trial has ever found FSD liable for a death or injury? Or has there been a major payout? Theres a ton of accidents I can’t believe people wouldn’t sue. I mean its the USA. That would kind of prove that FSD is actually at fault? I see no lawsuits at all related to FSD. Maybe settled out of court? I think driving you down train tracks would definitively merit a lawsuit IF true.
I was also hopeful that Lemmy would have less people like troed here but I guess not… I feel a “well ackchyually…” incoming. In the future try adding something to the conversation.
