Time for The Expanse?
If China can help push the next space race, I’m all for it. I know that papers like this have come and gone in the past, but it’s starting to feel more attainable.

@zhunk Can’t help but feel like this might be the galactic version of the Belt and Road initiative, that doesn’t seem to have been doing very well here on Earth. 😅
Maybe they can get the diamond clouds on Jupiter to pay for the new spaceport, in space cash of course.
