Although I’d argue that any billionaire not actively dumping the bulk of their wealth and influence to sort out world hunger, homelessness, and inequality is being evil.
If I by any chance get that rich, I would randomly start funding developments and education of some tribes/Village disconnected from world without disclosing the source,leaving them confused and wondering why someone is doing that without asking anything in return.
I would hope and expect you aren’t nearly as evil as a billionaire who can easily solve problems for pocket change but chooses not to.
