Only 18 percent expect the political situation to improve after the parliamentary elections on October 29.

    I think it’s a sentiment shared in most western countries nowadays and probably others as well.

    We’ve grown disillusioned with political figureheads, they circular rhetoric and straight up lies.

    Hell, I remember a few years ago a local news outlet published a statistic of “the most trusted professions” in my country. Suffice to say ‘Politician’ was at the bottom.
