Her current appearance came from no mortal doctor’s hands, it’s pure evil oozing out and taking shape, her final form is going to be some Moai easter-island-looking monolith that villagers will have to sacrifice babies to every year to guarantee safety from the creeping mist that pours from her mouth-cavern every full moon.
She looks so normal though, that’s the trap.
