Honestly, I’m seeing this mostly from the Dem officials and people who take their lead. I think it’s a symptom of not being able to actually communicate with people like actual human beings, and’s not being able to formulate a coherent vision.
They just look at increasingly dated poll numbers and keep playing the same song on repeat.
