    This is now the new baseline. Congress almost never reverses these kind of funding decisions. Even after a government change, it’ll stay. So this is now the new normal for the usa. For the rest of us, that means being detained at the usa border because an ICE agent has a splinter or a stubbed toe is also now the new normal.
