Definitely possible, but harder/nearly impossible to verify.

Anyways long COVID isn’t one illness, it’s an umbrella term for health problems following a COVID infection. It can mean anything from COVID triggered Autoimmune diabetes to loss of smell after COVID.

It seems the most likely explanation. Either that or severe depression. Early onset dementia seems much less likely.

Yeah. Definitely I wouldn’t shy away from joining Long COVID communities and the like. They will be helpful probably. BTW, do you experience PEM?

Thank you. I never even considered long covid communities. Assuming I understand correctly, I don’t believe I suffer from PEM.

No worries, just be aware that like most chronic illness communities they are riddled with dodgy treatments. People all have their theories and their pet supplements when in reality we just don’t know.

but the useful thing is being in a group of people who suffer similarly, if you can get past the annoying alt-med, everyone cosplaying as a biologist, thing.
