This is empty twitter posturing. Florida’s AG has no jurisdiction.
- The foul occurred at the United Center in Chicago.
- The teams were based out of Indiana and Illinois.
- The WNBA is headquartered in NYC.
- The WNBA does not have any teams in Florida.
He’s just trying to sound tough by dreaming up a hypothetical scenario where he gets to intervene. But the conditions do not currently exist for this power fantasy of his to actually take place.
like all things conservative, they’re letting emotions get ahead of logic.
I’m sure the “people” of Florida appreciate that their elected officials are taking time and money to investigate things outside of their jurisdiction regarding a sport that most of their constituents don’t even watch.

When you play competitive contact sports, you assume risk. There wouldn’t even be a case if it happened in his driveway.
