    It’s not only Google the whole industry seems to have increased the prices and reduced the free goodies. Hell Google was even providing unlimited photo backup for Pixel phones. This also died.

      Well yeah, that’s because it did what it was supposed to: get rid of SD cards.

      Now you can’t go to a store in the USA and buy a phone with a good camera and an SD card slot. If you want a little extra storage, you have to pony up at least $200 to $300.
