Jimmy Carter, President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and several former first ladies all gathered in Georgia Tuesday to honor the late Rosalynn Carter.

  He’s been in hospice care. I assume palliative care. I don’t imagine a public appearance is much fun for him.
