    No one younger than 40 will be able to afford a house, wages keep dropping, the world looks like it’s about to explode and a good half of us were raised on repetitious dopamine rushes.

    Must be the allure of avocado toast.

    They keep talking about high interest rates… but home ownership is lower than ever. Maybe the interest rates dont matter when no one can afford to buy a home in the 1st place.
