A bill introduced in the House and Senate would prevent hedge funds from owning single-family houses in the United States.

    Can we expand this to multi-family houses? I don’t think we need it for apartment buildings too, but triple-deckers, for example, are not that different.

      They shouldn’t be able to use them as airbnb’s either over a couple of units or they have to be a hotel.
