This speaks more to the overexaggerated sexual hang-ups of modern western culture (and our love for fellatio).
Sometimes we have large sized teddy bears, and sometimes kids interact with plushies by burying their faces in them. Concerns about sexualization are in a superfluous abundance of caution.
