I don’t understand their endgame here. I’m sure they could take over Canada by force if they wanted, but keeping it is a whole other matter.
They should have learned from the many wars they fought that occupying land the locals don’t want you to occupy sucks.
They think the economic damage alone will be enough to make us give up. It didn’t work in 1890 and it won’t work today. We will survive on lentils and water if it means we get to defend our country.
