2·15 hours agoI’ve been saying for over a year that a much easier, and less politically suicidal, way for Xi to beat the island chain defense is to take back the Vladivostok oblast. It was part of China not even 150 years ago, there is a significant percentage, possibly even a plurality, of Han descended people, and it’s not like Russia is gonna have the army to stop a special military operation, or any allies to get upset about it.

I wanted to see how many assassination attempts needed to happen for Trump to have the most. I thought 4 would do it after getting past Lincoln, who had 3.
Apparently Obama had 11 attempts on his life.
It doesn’t say if he drives all of them, but according to this he has at least 3-4 Teslas along with several other cars that he really shouldn’t be driving. Apparently he uses the Model Y as a “family car.”

3·3 days agoGenuine question as I haven’t actually thought about this, how does that work when you don’t have a winter? Where I live it doesn’t get below 40° ever, or above 85°. Those are literally the overnight low in Feb, and midday high in Aug/Sep. Do I still need to drain, or just treat it like changing the oil in my car? I.E.: Every 6 months or 3500 miles, whichever comes first.
Does anyone else get the feeling that our leaders have been playing way too much Stellaris, Rimworld, and EvE?

6·3 days agoWithout the addon there was a robot companion that would refuse to go in, just like Fawkes does before you get the dlc. After you get the dlc both companions will go in, and be fine afterwards, because radiation doesn’t affect them.
Much like Fawkes the robot companion said some BS about not robbing you of your destiny before you install that particular dlc.
That kinda depends on exactly what it is removed and how. Being exposed to radiation doesn’t make you radioactive. Ingesting radioactive particles will kinda make you radioactive until those particles reach their end of life and fission. I would be surprised if the robot is actually radioactive once it is done, but I wouldn’t be at all surprised to find out that the structural integrity of the robot has been compromised due to exposure to radiation.
