I think that if we’re doing real-history FPS games, I would like to see other conflicts. Give me a War of 1812 game or let me play as a Chinese soldier during Japan’s mid-1900s occupation or something.

Call anyway! If they don’t feel pressure from their electorate, then they definitely won’t change their stances.
Give me that big-box Plytanium!
We have several fully-vegan bakeries around me, and they’re truly indistinguishable. It’s a bit harder for the home cook, but not by much.
Some of my household is vegan, and it’s amazing how much things have changed in the last 5-10 years. It’s no longer a downgrade for the rest of us when we cook/bake vegan stuff. Although I still think that the best vegan meals are from cuisines that inherently embrace veganism/vegetarianism.
Notably, Andor was NOT run by Dave Filoni. I worry that having Alex Kurtzman as the “Star Trek Czar” is going to backfire. He’ll get overextended and he’ll want all of his projects to interact (please for the love of god please keep series comprehensible as a standalone). You see it happening now with all of the mediocre Star Wars content.
I wouldn’t say SNW is light. It’s a little campy, but I think it’s close to the spirit of TOS. They deal with some really heavy issues, but also remember to add a little humor to cut the tension. The only episode I didn’t like was the musical one.
I love Game Pass, but I don’t like monopolies. I wish regulators had blocked this. Also: https://www.theonion.com/just-six-corporations-remain-1819564741
Next week: Google is closing down its traffic light program. It’s Mad Max on the roads now.
Have you tried Swiftfin? It’s 3rd party open source. I find it works much better than the official Jellyfin app.
Everything about Quark is great
These corporate “apologies” always rub me the wrong way. A policy like this had to pass through so many hands before getting certified. You just know that a whole room full of C-Suite executives genuinely thought this was a good idea and couldn’t think through its potential problems.
Yeah agreed. For oral meds, I always ask for the real pseudoephedrine behind the counter.
According to the article, they’re only discussing the oral medication. Apparently the metabolism process means that almost no phenylephrine gets into the bloodstream when taking orally.
Hopefully this means that a PC release is coming soon
I totally agree, but emulation still requires tons of unpaid work by enthusiasts. If/when Sony stops selling the PS3, they should turn over the source code and allow the community to make something really great. It’s not like they make any money of used console and game sales.
Yes. I can imagine a middle-ground of copyright. If the IP is still being used, it enters the public domain on the regular schedule. But if it’s abandoned, it enters earlier… perhaps after 5-10 years of non-use.
I teach high school, and it’s so hard to get students to pay attention, even with fun engaging projects. The reality is that these social apps are designed to be addictive, and it’s not a fair contest.
