2·5 months agoCradle by Will Wight is both really good and a lot of fun to read, in my opinion. In a similar genre, Beware of Chicken by “Casualfarmer” is very enjoyable as well.
Also, a little darker, especially in setting, but somehow not a depressing story in spite of that, Naomi Novik’s Scholomance trilogy is also excellent.
