2·1 day agoLol, thank you. I had just been getting reports.
In the future, the spoiler tag works like this in text (I’m on the Voyager app, and this is how it sets up the tag. Using a screenshot so that the format is visible)

1·1 day agoWould you edit this to put it behind a spoiler tag?
Now that you mention it, the fact that men didn’t end up being the gender to wear high heels and suits with shoulder pads is a mystery.
I can see that too, however it just hits the ear weird to me. Like, it’s literally accurate, but I don’t know that I would ever phrase it that way over “sports idol”. Maybe I’m overthinking it though.

55·4 days agoShe varnished the wood floor, then slipped because of how slick it was, so her solution was to dirty it up again for traction.

This couple climbed the Empire State Building yesterday and put up a flag that said something about love and peace, then the guy proposed.

5·9 days agoI didn’t make this one, and after a bit of searching, I can’t seem to find the stills that the original creator used. I do like the template too…
Rastafari was originally a Jamaican take on biblical teachings and spirituality, but it evolved into more of a cultural thing, then blew up in popularity because of Bob Marley (mostly).
You’d find Rastafarian stuff at most hippie or beach shops in the 90s and 2000s, then it sort of disappeared from the zeitgeist after people started stressing about cultural appropriation in the 2010s (hence the guy in the comic who thinks it’s problematic).

Look at that good girl
