What the fuck is that even supposed to mean? How can a letter be overrated- are you xenophobic? It’s literally probably the least used letter out of all of the letters. I bet you think 9/11 is overrated too

I tried EMDR and did not get the hype at all. My therapist even had a fancy light bar for it. Ime, most practitioners list CBT but actually end up taking a much more eclectic approach

Oh, my therapy practice is called “diffrint therapy” and that anarchy symbol is part of my logo. I didn’t expect anyone to look into those parts too much lol. I’m playing around with the idea of creating my own therapy worksheets, and shitposting was good motivation to explore the idea
