This time around, his party has consolidated around him and he has promised mass deportations that are logistically unviable and will require widespread use of violence to be actioned. He’s promised extreme tariffs that will cause millions more to be unable to afford housing, sustenance or medical attention. He’s called for a really bad day of violence. Even if he does end up being too lazy to follow through on any of his promises, a hope we really ought not to rely on, the fascist movement he’s built up around him will control all three branches of government and be able to do as they please.
