1 year agoTools to do that exists. fwupd is a tool to update firmwares. I just tested it on a thinkpad and went from 351 keys to 518 secureboot keys.
GNOME Software also uses fwupd, that should take care of a good chunk of users.

7·2 years agoHaven’t heard about the “PolyForm Strict License” before. It looks to be a young project, yet feature rich.
The clicks website states “We’re committing to a minimum of 4 years of Android version updates and 5 years of security updates.” In the FAQ section. But it was changes recently from the initial 2 years of updates.
