Mullvad semi recently closed it’s port forwarding service. Afaik AirVpn is (one of) the only ones remaining that allows you to expose ports through there service

you can create torrents with additional standalone Programms Like mktorrent via the cli

I always test with Ubuntu torrents as the are probably the fastest seeded torrents around to check connection and speeds

so most of the time if your ISP goes down power is also out so cellular service might also fail because ether the power outage or high usage by useres using it as backup maybe Starlink? as it’s not affected by your local power grid
