Gazpacho. Giada DiLaurentiis has a green gazpacho that is super tasty, and feels less like you’re just eating salsa out of a bowl. Charcuterie. Did this for a friend, I knew they loved charcuterie but I think it would work for lots of people. Arrange a nice pretty board with lots of yummy condiments, meats, cheeses, nuts, pickles, fruit, and wrap it up. She mentioned it was so nice to have what felt like a fancy adult meal amidst all the diapers and non adult themed things. Made her feel like herself, not a breast milk machine lol.

These sound wonderful! Acid is always welcome for me. I like to squirt some lemon on the veggies that show up on the table. Lots of wine in the gravy helps too.

Good on you! We have a defacto meat person too. My sister-in-law’s dad (so I guess married in father-in-law?) likes to take on the meat, though in our case he insists lol.

It’s actually really crazy how little we know. Pretty much every discipline has questions that are answered with “we don’t know”. When it comes to knowledge we have barely scratched the surface.

I’m all for voting in younger representatives but I would never in a million years vote for a 22 year old. Or a racist for that matter. But the most shocking part to me is his age. Like, 22 year olds have not been alive long enough to develop any kind of meaningful wisdom. I’m only 36 so my wisdom is only just developing and I look back on all the 22 year olds I knew when I was 22 and holy shit do not put any of those people in charge of important decisions.
