The biggest wave that can impact human DNA is UV which has wavelengths measured in nanometers - orders of magnitude of difference. So no, wireless communications are super unlikely to impact cancer rates.

If execs and “stars” stopped taking astronomical amounts of money then the production costs would probably go down.

In my country for administrative cases with short deadlines courts have fast tracks. So in such a case the court probably wouldn’t issue any final judgement but could order everyone involved to stop further committing potentially illegal actions.
