If you’re that paranoid, then you shouldn’t be using RCS. It’s owned by google. XMPP and Matrix are secure, decentralized alternatives that don’t give your data to google.

I use microG and it supports in-app purchases well enough. I don’t know if you can buy things in Aurora Store, but I do know that you’re able to download apps you’ve previously bought on the play store before.

Does whatsapp not work with microG? If it does, I’d reccomend that over creating a separate profile.
