Most likely a designer built these forms intentionally from requirements that tell him what elements need to be on each screen. It would be very simple to add an extra ‘opt out’ next to the opt in. The reasons the opt out option isn’t there are numerous. Most are not intentionally deceptive but some are. I’ve found that a legal requirement for something to be in place is a strong incentive for business to make it happen.

It depends on how the aftermath is managed. The right will stop at absolutely nothing to basically canonize Trump after he’s gone and the left will be completely clueless about how to respond.

How are they just now realizing this?

When am I going to start hearing democrats talk about what they’re going to do to fix the country when they regain power? Or is the whole plan just “Trump is bad”?

I see Trump’s plan to destroy the country while making us a laughingstock is going well.

There is no controversy. Peanut butter is the bottom. Anyone who says differently is wrong.
