I know for me personally, its worth the time to set things up myself since I usually learn something new along the way. If you don’t care about the learning aspect and just want the finished product, paying someone else is probably a good idea.

That’s seems like a good idea, considering the plethora of videos online of packages being stolen with an obvious camera watching the thieves.
bro, just use firefox or Librewolf or something.
That and it has full functionality in the browser. No bullshit “download the app”.
I personally am migrating accounts and contacts from my gmail address to my own domain set up with Zoho. Pretty cheap for the yearly subscription and I like knowing that my nail is not with an advertising company.

Yeah, libredirect is awesome. It’s useful even if I remember all the frontends, since it means even embedded and linked videos use whatever frontend I want in the case of Youtube.
I’m not sure if this is true anymore, but IIRC all embedded youtube videos have no ads. Which would explain why creators can prevent their video being played embedded.
At least for ProtonVPN, you can install the wireguard app and import a protonVPN config and get the base functionality with no bullshit.
And if you use Llama, then your queries are not sent to OpenAI.
I have one and opted for a Oneplus 6 running postmarketOS because of the pinephone’s many shortcomings:
Some things I liked:
I might have stayed with the pinephone if it was more powerful like the pro, and might have brought a battery bank so I don’t have to worry about running out.
