I saw a post a few weeks ago about a company’s chatbot that had learned from Reddit to answer questions by saying:
Sure, here’s a video tutorial on how to do that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ

Are you saying people would tell lies?! On the internet?!
Do what you want instead of what we want? Lol, no. And if you find a registry hack or something to do it, we’ll ‘fix’ that in the next update.
My point is that gaming could abandon “A/B” in favor of something more like an actual spectrum of Height, Weight, and Gender Presentation instead of just awkwardly renaming the binary? I wouldn’t get so up in arms about gender replacing body type.
Okay, but an in-depth character creation system that lets you pick and adjust individual features is a lot more work than just manually creating two models and asking the player to pick one. Adding that means something else gets cut.
Putting in half a dozen body types and a boob slider shouldn’t be a ton of work, but devs who only offer two player models to choose from in the first place probably aren’t putting that much thought into character creation.
Definitely a very stable genius.
Or an email client where you double click the link text to select it and press copy, and somehow this puts the link plus a trailing space in the clipboard to be pasted into a browser.
To be even fairer, if they want marketing people they can pay them.

I guess the people buying pallets of $50,000 cards have had words with Nvidia over their shitty closed-source Linux drivers. It’s not like Nvidia have suddenly decided to care about Linux gamers.
Remember to check that you didn’t sign off with “Kind retards”.
Hey look, someone 3D printed a whole bunch of save icons.
My BYD Atto 3 does. It’ll tell me battery cell voltages, highest cell voltage, lowest cell voltage, highest cell temperature, lowest cell temperature, maximum power, overall pack voltage, pack current, 12V battery voltage.
There’s a fair bit of data there.
Now that’s not fair. He also has a lot of Fox News to watch.
The market hasn’t gone far yet, but it is moving. Toyota’s ten year forecasts will all have DOOM written across them in a 48 point red font.
There’s quite a few places planning on banning internal combustion engine vehicles by 2035, and that’s Toyota’s entire business. And vehicle design and production timelines are long - the amount of time before the wave of bans come in is getting close to the amount of time it takes to get a vehicle from initial idea to mass deliveries.
Toyota, who has been putting some of the most reliable and fuel efficient vehicles on the road for decades
That’s kind of my point - they want to keep doing that and they can see the market rapidly moving away from them, so they’re trying to make it stop.
Solid state battery tech is indeed a worthy endeavor, I just don’t believe the company to actually deliver it will be Toyota. Judging from the woeful efficiency of their BZ4x they’d need advanced battery tech to get similar range as other EVs.
It’s cool tech but it’s expensive. Per mile, it can’t compete on price with gas let alone battery EVs.
Hydrogen isn’t working out for them so now they’re just delaying as much as possible.
The impact they’re hoping it’ll have is people will think this isn’t the right time to buy an EV so they’ll keep buying Toyota gas cars. That’s why Toyota is constantly in the news regarding battery tech - it’s to support their fossil fuel business.
He sounds like one of those conservative men who talks about resisting ‘temptation’ and genuinely doesn’t realise that straight men just aren’t interested in boning other men in the first place. It’s the same energy.
I mean, it was probably dinner time. No grand conspiracy behind that one.
