It would be at least a bit sporty if he actually walked the course during the play, but while there are pictures of him being carried around in a golf cart, I have not seen any of him walking (reasonable distances, not just from the green to the cart).
Why would you doubt it? He is healthy enough to play sports and has a personal medical team.
Golf isn’t much of a sport. All you do is stand there and hit a ball.
