Unless I’m missing something, not particularly. Im assuming you’re asking about specifically the activated charcoal and not the rest of whatevers in it. I can’t say for the rest, but no reputable study has ever found activated charcoal to be carcinogenic. There are other things that can be found in charcoal that can be, like silica and the smoke from burning it, but the charcoal is safe.
