Not at all. Tulsi has been trying to de-escalate across the board. The Harris admin wanted to escalate in Ukraine, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

But the GOP also has their Lindsey Grahams. Chickenhawks who do not take the threat of nuclear war seriously.

My comment was completely shooting from the hip, in the dark, completely based on stellar, completely honest Western media, and your reply made me consider that, thanks so much. I remember the media and Lemmy mocking Donald about her considering giving him briefs in Fox style video format and thinking if that’s what he needs, do it.

Your comment made me cautiously hope she is uh …“an adult in the room.”

Yes, Lindsey Graham is a petulant child, trying to do whatever he can to “stay relevant.”

Other things I’ve read since last night had me pondering discrepancies in the trajectories of US military men’s careers, where the clearly more educated and better capable ranked significantly below other less capable, less educated.

Somehow we’ve so completely expunged anti-war politics from the US “left” that it is up to Gabbard and Vance to make these blinding obvious assertions like “wars cost resources” and “people can hit us back, which hurts”

Even if it is stated in Vance’s characteristic grandiose lying fashion (e.g. Europe should have tried to stop us from invading Iraq, which some of them did)

Is it supposed to be us doing something about it? Not you and your band of cretins with your horrendous foreign policy?
