Also, I never said white billionaires were worse than others, I said that there is a reason to call out white billionaires with this piece of legislation due to it being american.
The US was systemically constructed to funnel wealth specifically to white men, like I said in the last comment. Your reading comprehension sucks. If you want a detailed explanation of this I suggest reading one of the many papers written on the subject, by experts, that are available online. I am not typing out an academic paper for you to explain why someone talking specifically about the US would use the modifier “white” when discussing these issues, as they pertain to the US. If you are not able to grasp the concept of a conversation having a subject, and not discussing things outside of it, I doubt you would be able to grasp something more complicated.
A very short oversimplification would be fine too, but pretty sure you won’t be doing that either as I am growing ever more certain that there is no difference between american or any other billionaires! And I think you think so too, for refusing to even say yes or no; reckon as a sort of deniability

The fact that you think staying on subject is important here because the subject is the US, and not some other subject, is stupid. You can, physically, talk about anything, at any time. However, if you wander into a conversation about one group, doing a thing, and start interjecting talking points about another group, you are just being an asshole, at worse, or very unaware of how conversation is generally held, at best. I also never implied it was due to lack time. I have implied it was due to lack of desire to do the work, especially when that work has already been done, and is readily available online, by people who are experts in the subject matter.

Tho I very much so doubt that a specific sex and gender was at play at the choosing of the recipient of the corruption, but inflating that all white billionaires got their pointlessly large riches from that is just dumb! Most of them prob got them from other unethical methods/sources, like all billionaires regardless of their sex or ethnicity!
