    “personalized price gouging” where stores use consumers’ sensitive personal information against them to raise prices.

    Can someone explain this? I pay the price that’s written on the shelf.

      Probably in online ordering. There are companies that have used your zip code to raise prices, and it’s been rumored that individualized prices that go into your known profile to raise them have existed.
