I think they are just trying to start some wars so Trump can stay in power. Probably in central america? They did just sink a boat / murdered some people there.
Trump has been calling himself a war-time president (the war is unspecified) and saying how nice it would be if he could suspend elections and stay in power due to a war. This has been in the making for a while. If he’s still alive in 3 years, he’ll start a war to stay in power.
Right now it’s an alternate name via executive order. Officially changing the name from Department of Defense to Department of War requires an act of Congress.
