Beyond that, no set time and place will simulate a side’s perceived strengths and their opponents perceived weaknesses. To do what you suggest would require both sides to agree, but one or both sides aren’t going to agree if it is at their disadvantage

- both sides perceive it as an equal match (or are actually equally matched)
