I mean I doubt OOP intended it to be a meme, but it still counts since they think sunlight making visuals on a screen harder to make out is a bug rather than, you know, how the world works. It’s got a mother’s basement-y element that fits a humor comm.
The monitor in that image is clearly not switched on and they do have blinds which you can see are partially closed. So im not convince this isn’t just somebody trying to be funny.
